These terms apply when you use peerahan.com or order from Peerahan, including orders placed on WhatsApp or Instagram. By placing an order, you agree to them.
About us
Peerahan is an online modest-wear brand based in Pakistan, selling abayas, hijabs, accessories, jewelry and gift sets. You can reach us on WhatsApp at 0325-3453000.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.).
- We photograph every piece in natural light, but colours may look slightly different on different screens.
- We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate. If an item is priced or listed incorrectly, we'll contact you before dispatch, and you may change or cancel your order.
- Prices and offers can change at any time, but this won't affect orders that are already confirmed.
Orders and confirmation
- Every order is confirmed with a phone call before dispatch. Orders we can't confirm within 2 days are cancelled.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a payment can't be verified, or the details provided are incomplete. If you've already paid, we'll return the full amount.
- You can change or cancel an order before it's dispatched, that is, before you receive our message or email with your tracking number.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. For prepaid orders, please share your payment screenshot and order number on WhatsApp. Your order is dispatched once your payment is verified.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan in 3–7 working days. Delivery charges and details are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges, not refunds, within 15 days of delivery. Please read our Exchange Policy for conditions and exclusions.
Use of our website
Please use our website for personal, lawful shopping only. All photos, logos, designs and text on this website belong to Peerahan and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Liability
We're responsible for providing the products you order as described. We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, weather or public holidays.
Privacy
We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
