Shipping Policy

We deliver across Pakistan. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all cities across Pakistan. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered in 3–7 working days after your order is confirmed. Deliveries may take a little longer during public holidays, sales or in remote areas.

Delivery charges

For prepaid orders under Rs. 7,000, delivery may still show at checkout. Simply transfer your order total minus Rs. 300 and we'll adjust your order.

Order confirmation

We confirm every order with a quick call before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable, as unconfirmed orders are cancelled after 2 days. Missed our call? You can reconfirm on WhatsApp at 0325-3453000.

For prepaid orders, please send your payment screenshot and order number on WhatsApp. We'll verify your payment, then confirm and dispatch your order.

Tracking your order

We currently deliver with Trax. Once your order is dispatched, we'll send your tracking number on WhatsApp and by email. You can track it anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can change or cancel your order any time before it's dispatched, that is, before you receive our confirmation message or email with your tracking number. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Sending a gift

We can send your order directly to someone else. Use their address for delivery and add their name and phone number in the order note at checkout. Every order is packed in our Peerahan box.

A free short note on our card is included with every order: just write it in the order note. For something special, add a Personalised Handwritten Letter (Rs. 200), hand-written on our scroll paper and packed with your order. Gift letters and empty baskets or treasure boxes are sent with an order and can't be ordered on their own.
